Welcome to FGCU and Jim Blankenship's Eagles Girls Soccer Camps

 

Jim Blankenship’s 2013 Eagles Soccer Camps provides an incredible opportunity for players from all levels to learn, develop, compete and succeed.  The Eagles Soccer Camps will be among the best in the nation this summer as Coach Blankenship has carefully selected his staff so that every level and type of player is properly identified and developed.   For the Jr. Elite and Day Camps, players will get the unique opportunity to be coached directly by current members of the 2012 Atlantic Sun Conference Champion FGCU Eagles as well as Florida ODP Staff members.  For the Elite College Showcase Camp each coach on staff is a representative from a top NCAA Division I or II college in Florida and around the country and each group will have a current FGCU player working directly with them as well. The coaches on staff exemplify the passion and enthusiasm that are necessary for development and success, and their number one concern is to grow each player at camp through this proven three-pillar approach:

  1. Motivate players to develop the highest level of comfort on the ball  
  2. Establish an environment of competition that challenges each player
  3. Encourage application of skill in game-like situations 

Coach Blankenship’s approach with campers is the same as with his college players and the success of this approach is displayed in the three consecutive A-Sun Conference Titles and back to back trips to the NCAA Tournament that FGCU has garnered over the last three seasons.

There will be three sessions offered this summer that give players of all ages a chance to improve and learn more about the great game of soccer. 

 

Day Camp: June 10 - 14 (for girls age 6-14, half & full day)

Jr. Elite Camp: June 10 - 13 (for girls ages 10-13, residential & commuter)

Elite Camp: July 18 - 21 (for girls age 14-18, residential & commuter)

 

Space in each camp is limited!  Please do not delay registering.  Sessions are filled on a first come, first served basis.  Deposit is non-refundable.
